Q. Why is my vacuum condenser light flashing?

A. When the condenser light begins flashing it generally means your refrigerator and or freezer are experiencing longer than normal run times.
Possible scenarios for this could be:
Your condenser could be dirty.
Your door could have been left ajar.
There could be a possible torn door gasket.
You may have a sealed system problem.

Q. Where are my model and serial numbers located?

A. Side by side units: Generally located on the hinged side of the freezer section toward the top.
Top and bottom units: Generally located on the hinged side of the refrigerator door frame near the top.
700 Series: Open the top draw, look on the ceiling of the unit toward the left front.


Q. What temperature should I set my refrigerator and freezer to?

A. Generally the refrigerator setting should be set to 38 degrees and the freezer at 0 degrees.


Q. Why is my freezer not making ice?

A. Is the word ice displayed on the control panel?
Is the ice maker arm in the correct position which is the down position?
Is the water supply turned on?
Is the ice bucket in correctly?
